Emergency Triage System
The emergency triage information system is based on the National Health Commission's pre-examination grading standards (the "Guiding Principles for the Pilot Grading of Emergency Patients' Conditions") and combined with the TTAS (Taiwan Triage and Acuity Scale) standards. It is designed with a condition assessment and triage grading knowledge base suited to mainland China's actual conditions. By collecting vital signs, the system can automatically assess the patient's condition and provide grading prompts. Through data collection during triage, resuscitation, and observation, it generates quality control analysis with characteristics specific to emergency departments.
Triage Knowledge Base: The system provides a professional and flexible grading knowledge base. It has included more than 30 major categories of trauma and non-trauma cases, covering over 200 chief complaints, and the knowledge base can be manually maintained. It supports mass casualty triage: second-level batch rapid triage for mass casualties is supported, with wizard-style operation combined with automatic vital sign scoring to recommend a triage level for the patient, and the triage is completed after manual confirmation.
Triage Process Recording: Assessment and triage data are stored electronically to provide seamless integration with the emergency queue calling system for medical dispute resolution, and automatic calling according to the pre-examination triage level is supported.
