ZYKQ Purified Water System

1. Working power supply: 220 V/380 V ±10%, 50 Hz, power: 2.0–3.5 kW.

2. Feed water source: municipal tap water with TDS < 400 ppm, water pressure 2.0–5.0 kg/cm², water temperature 5–40°C.

3. ★ Main process: feed water boosting system + pretreatment system + reverse osmosis system + ultraviolet sterilization system + one-touch disinfection system + purified water storage system + variable frequency circulating water supply system.

4. Product water quality: microorganisms ≤ 100 CFU/mL, purified water conductivity 2–15 µS/cm at 25°C, complying with WS506-2016 Technical Specifications for Disinfection and Sterilization of Oral Instruments and T/WSJD 40-2023 Technical Specifications for Cleaning and Disinfection of Dental Unit Waterlines.

5. The feed water pump has a flow rate of 2 T/H and a head of 30 m. The pretreatment system adopts multi-stage purification treatment with a treatment capacity of 1.5 T/H. The control valve is a fully automatic control valve that can automatically perform functions such as forward washing, backwashing, flushing, discharge, brine suction, water replenishment, and regeneration without manual operation. The effluent SDI value is < 5, effluent residual chlorine < 0.1 ppm, and effluent hardness < 25 mg/L.

6. ★ The equipment adopts an integrated sheet metal powder-coated enclosed cabinet with the water tank embedded inside the cabinet to save more space. Exposed rack-type or split-type structures are not allowed. Equipment dimensions: 1350 × 750 × 1700 mm. It is clean and aesthetically pleasing, achieving water-electricity separation, safe use, and easy maintenance. The piping design complies with the 3D principle with no dead-leg design. The equipment piping is connected using sanitary-grade tubing that has obtained hygienic approval for drinking water contact. Valves are stainless steel. A piping material inspection report shall be provided.
