Through the application of RFID IoT technology, high-standard planning and construction are carried out for surgical personnel, the operating environment, and operating department management processes, thereby meeting the requirements for operating room construction, layout, workflow, and aseptic management. The system integrates the operating department access control system with the active distribution, storage, and recycling of surgical gowns, caps, shoes, and other items. By combining specialized hardware equipment with an information platform, it builds an intelligent solution for traceability management of medical behavior in the operating room. It completes the intelligent distribution and recycling of surgical gowns and shoes, as well as the active allocation management of lockers for surgical attire and shoes, forming an intelligent medical behavior management system. This allows management personnel to understand the operating status of the operating room in real time, achieve tracking and standardized management of surgical personnel's medical behavior, standardize surgical management, effectively control surgical infections, and improve the management quality of the operating department.
The behavior management system can be integrated and connected with other information systems in the medical industry represented by the hospital HIS system, surgical scheduling system, OA system, surgical logistics linen warehouse management system, and E-Learning system, achieving seamless integration between surgical behavior management and other hospital information systems, and reaching the goal of building an entire smart operating department.
