Paper Honeycomb Clean Panel
The paper honeycomb clean panel is a new type of high-tech building material that has gradually replaced traditional composite sandwich panels such as rock wool, EPS, and PU. It offers superior performance compared with traditional sandwich panels: higher flame retardancy, lighter weight, stronger load-bearing capacity, better sound insulation, and better environmental performance. It has been widely used in clean building industries such as electronics, biology, food, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and military applications, and is a preferred product for modern buildings.
Parameters:
- Effective width: 1150 mm
- Standard thickness: 50 mm
- Length: customized according to user needs and project requirements
- Installation structure and application: tongue-and-groove joint
Characteristics:
The paper honeycomb panel is made by processing kraft paper into a regular hexagonal structure based on the natural honeycomb structure principle. Corrugated base paper is bonded into countless hollow three-dimensional regular hexagons, forming an integral load-bearing component—the paper core—and then bonded with facing sheets on both sides, creating a new type of environmentally friendly and energy-saving sandwich structure material.
