Non-aging Foam Clean Panel
The new thermal insulation material PROPOR (non-aging foam) adopts particle fire-retardant isolation film technology. Through copolymerization modification, EPS particles are endowed with the same properties as fire-retardant substances. Microphase composite technology is then used to form a fire-retardant isolation film on the surface of each organic particle, making each particle a relatively independent organic particle fire-retardant unit. When exposed to flame, it forms a continuous honeycomb structure that blocks heat transfer and prevents flame propagation and penetration, thereby preventing combustion. The PROPOR (non-aging foam) Class B fire-rated insulation panel can be combined with actual construction conditions according to the design characteristics and functional requirements of the project, offering strong operability. Non-aging foam is also known as "real gold board" and is a new type of improved foam board with a Class B fire-rated core. It has thermal insulation and heat preservation functions and is widely used in cleanroom partitions and ceilings in industries such as electronics, food, and beverages that require insulation. It is lightweight and easy to install.
