The air shower is a highly versatile local purification device used when personnel or goods enter a clean area. It uses fans to blow clean, strong air—filtered through coarse and high-efficiency two-stage filtration—out of air shower nozzles to blow away dust adsorbed on the surfaces of people or objects. It is also an essential purification device for personnel entering cleanrooms and dust-free workshops, and can be used in conjunction with all cleanrooms and clean workshops. The two doors of the air shower are electronically interlocked, allowing it to also function as an airlock to prevent external contamination and unpurified air from entering the clean area. It prevents staff hair, dust, and bacteria from being brought into the workshop, achieving strict dust-free purification standards in the working area and enabling the production of high-quality products.
