The laminar flow air supply ceiling is a non-inductive air supply device centrally arranged above the operating table in Grade I, II, and III clean operating rooms of modern hospitals. It is the purification air supply terminal for clean operating rooms and laminar flow wards, and it combines high-efficiency filtration, air distribution, and airflow compensation functions.
The laminar flow air supply ceiling box is fabricated from electrolytic steel plates and assembled on site. High-efficiency filters are arranged in a flat layout, fully ensuring that the filter laminar flow area of the ceiling achieves a higher cleanliness effect. At the same time, a side-mounted filter arrangement can be adopted according to customer requirements, providing HVAC designers with multiple options. The central part of the air supply ceiling is equipped with an airflow compensation device, which effectively offsets the interference of personnel on the laminar flow effect. The air outlet surface is a double-layer air distribution mesh, ensuring overall airflow uniformity. If there are beams on site, a ceiling design that avoids the beams can also be adopted to ensure the laminar flow cleanliness effect.
