The self-purifying pass box is an auxiliary device used in cleanrooms, mainly for the transfer of small items between clean areas or between clean and non-clean areas, in order to reduce the number of door openings in the cleanroom and minimize contamination of the clean area. The self-purifying pass box is equipped with an ultraviolet germicidal lamp inside, and items are disinfected by ultraviolet irradiation before entering the clean area. On one hand, it acts as an airlock to prevent pressure leakage from higher-grade cleanrooms; on the other hand, it achieves a self-purification effect during the transfer process. The front and rear doors of the self-purifying pass box are also equipped with electronic interlock or mechanical interlock functions. This equipment is widely used in air purification settings such as biological laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, food processing facilities, electronics factories, and coating operations.
