Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD)

The prefabricated central sterile supply department is divided into a decontamination area, an inspection, packaging and sterilization area, and a sterile storage area, and implements one-way personnel and material flow. The inspection, packaging, sterilization and sterile storage areas can be equipped with a Class 10,000 clean purification system to maintain stable differential pressure gradients. The entire facility uses waterproof seamless clean panels with embedded piping for purified water and sterilization equipment, and is equipped with air disinfection and temperature and humidity monitoring modules. Modular components are factory-prefabricated and quickly assembled on site, providing one-stop services including layout design, panel production, assembly and construction, equipment commissioning, and long-term maintenance.
