New chip cooling technology effectively improves chip performance.

Rentai Technology's materials laboratory has developed a new chip cooling technology that uses graphene composite materials and a microfluidic cooling system. It can reduce the chip operating temperature by more than 20°C and improve performance by 30%. This technological breakthrough solves the thermal bottleneck problem of high-performance chips.

Traditional cooling solutions have been approaching their limits as chip power consumption continues to rise. Rentai Technology's new technology achieves efficient heat conduction and dissipation through the synergistic effect of multi-layer graphene thermal conductive films and micro-channel liquid cooling.

Test data shows that at the same power consumption, chips using the new cooling technology can maintain higher operating frequencies, resulting in significant performance improvements. At the same time, chip reliability and lifespan are also greatly improved.

The technology has been applied for multiple patents and is expected to be first applied in next-generation high-performance computing chips. Rentai Technology is working with cooling module suppliers to promote the industrialization of this technology.
